> Work with platforms (Airbnb, VRBO, etc.) during any damage claims (although very rarely needed)
> Provide community engagement opportunities for guests (local events, fishing derby, farmer's markets, Oktoberfest, etc.)    
> Create the new listings with new professional photos and descriptions, including house rules, expectations, etc.
