Are there any
additional Booking fees or Service fees?
No, www.getlostinn.com does not charge any
additional fees. Each cabin owner sets their own
rates. You will still be charged a cleaning fee, as
well as the required occupancy taxes for San Bernardino County, but there is no "Service Fee" from www.getlostinn.com
From whom do I rent a
cabin?
We work directly
with cabin owners. You make payment directly on the website. The Get Lost Inn Vacation Rentals website helps facilitate this process.
What payment options
are there?
We can take payments via PayPal
or credit cards.
What is the
cancellation policy?
Cancellation
policies are set by each individual cabin owner. Typically, 50% is due at booking and 50% due within 30 days of your
stay. Most cabin owners have a policy that 50% is refunded
if a cancellation is more than 30 days from your arrival date. Check with each
listing for more details.
When packing, what supplies are already at the cabin?
You can view the listing page for each individual cabin for details, but in general, all our cabins provide: linens, pots/pans/dishes, towels, soap/shampoo/soap, and cleaning supplies. A few days before your trip you will also receive a detailed message with packing suggestions, wifi details, and locbox codes.
Can I leave a review?
Yes! We encourage all
guests to leave a review of your stay. A review option is available upon
checkout on your last day of the visit.
Does Get Lost Inn
Vacation Rentals have any social media?
Absolutely! We have a
robust presence on Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest,
and Twitter. Use hashtag #GetLostInn to tag us during your mountain vacation.
Can I use Airbnb
instead?
Sure! We also have
all our cabins available to book on Airbnb HERE.
What is your policy
on animals and pets?
We recognize that many
people have additional family members who walk on four legs. This is why we allow
pets at all our cabins, with an additional pet fee. Guests are responsible for any damage to the
property caused by their pet.
Trained service
animals are allowed in all cabins as well. Guests are
still responsible for any damage to the property caused by a service animal.
Certified, trained service animals will not be charged
a pet fee.
I own a cabin. Can I
list it here?
